The Camden County Freeholder Board’s Office of Veterans Affairs will hold a Memorial Day Ceremony to honor the memory of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their country.
Proceeds from the event will provide scholarships for YMCA camp programs – where children will the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
On May 22, at 7 p.m. Haddonfield resident Joe Burcher and co-author Robert Kenselaar will discuss and sign copies of “Remembering South Cape May: the Jersey Shore Town that Vanished into the Sea.”

On May 12, a resident of the 300 block of Avondale Avenue reported a suspicious person entering parked vehicle overnight and stole loose change. The incident occurred sometime on May 11. The vehicle was parked in a driveway overnight
A turf groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Haddonfield Memorial High School’s stadium.
